Northside blues and rock band
We are the Northside Blues and Rock Band providing live music to the Frederick area and Beyond. All of us have decades of performance experience. We play rock and blues tunes by artists such as: Eric Clapton, Steely Dan, Lady A, Bad Company Rolling Stones, Pat Benatar, Linda Ronstadt, Lady Gaga, Foo Fighters and many more. The band consists of Mike (Lead Vocals, Rythm and Keys), Rosanne (Lead Vocals), Tom (Drums & Vocals), John (Bass & Vocals), Wade (Lead Guitar, Vocals and Keys). We hope that you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy playing!
Rosanne fraley
Rosanne Fraley is a professional singer and educator who holds a B.A. in Music Education/Voice from Kent State University and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel University. She is a member of NATS, is a certified Somatic Voicework™ teacher, and is on the Somatic Voicework™ Faculty at Baldwin Wallace University. Rosanne currently sings mostly rock/jazz, and is a lead singer with the Northside Blues & Rock band. She was the lead singer with the Top 40 dance band, Studio 6 and performed at a variety of casinos, restaurants and clubs over the years. Rosanne has performed throughout the Eastern Seaboard including the National Theatre in Washington D.C. She has been the music director for numerous musicals in Central Maryland and was a singer-songwriter of music for young children for Mom and Me Productions, Inc. Rosanne is a retired music specialist, is a judge in the Miss Maryland and Miss West Virginia systems, maintains a private voice studio in the D.C.metro area, and is a vocal consultant for area high schools. www.rosannefraley.com
Mike nunez
Mike Nunez (Rhythm Guitar, Keyboard and Lead Vocals) has been playing and singing for 50+ years. In the early days, he played in several bands in Harford County, MD before moving to California. Upon his return to Maryland he started bands in both Montgomery and Frederick County, MD. He also plays acoustic music in a duo and as a solo artist. In his spare time he can be found in his Protools recording studio mixing bands and musical friends.
